摘要:
为实现纯棉水刺非织造材料单向导水无氟整理工艺的工业化,采用自制的雾化设备,并利用体积分数为0.67%的德国无氟拒水剂RUCO-DRY ECO 对纯棉水刺非织造材料进行单面拒水喷雾整理,测试了不同喷雾时间整理材料的物理力学性能、接触角、液态水分动态管理能力等性能,分析讨论了其物理力学性能基本无变化以及接触角、液态水分动态管理能力变化的原因,并采用经过此种工艺整理过的纯棉水刺非织造材料进行了纸尿裤面层性能测试。结果表明:其单向传递指数(AOTC)可达1 093%,液态水动态传递综合指数(OMMC)可达0.960 6;在保证纯棉材料不反渗的前提下,液体穿透时间可达4 s。
