摘要:
为将微波处理技术更好地应用在蛋白质纤维加工与改性领域,系统地介绍了微波处理加工蛋白质纤维的原理及特点,综述了近年来微波加工改性蛋白质纤维的国内外研究现状。目前,微波在蛋白质纤维加工中的应用主要集中在纤维结构调整、辅助纤维接枝改性、纤维染色性能改善,以及纤维或织物的前处理与后整理等方面,其中真空微波处理技术作为一种新型的低温烘燥方式,可解决蛋白质纤维烘燥过程中的热敏性问题。通过探讨微波处理技术在蛋白质纤维加工中的反应机制,并对其研究应用前景进行展望,对拓宽微波处理技术在纺织服装领域的应用具有重要意义。
