摘要:
为解决传统硫化黑染料染色污染大、染色工艺不稳定等问题,以复合还原剂D作为硫化黑BR染色还原剂对棉纱进行染色,并与传统硫化碱的染色性能和清洁性进行对比。分析了硫化黑BR质量浓度、氢氧化钠质量浓度、复合还原剂D质量浓度、染色温度对染色性能的影响。结果表明:在硫化黑BR质量浓度为60 g/L、氢氧化钠质量浓度为20 g/L、复合还原剂D质量浓度为19 g/L、染色温度为95 ℃条件下,染色后纱线表观色深(K/S)值为46.88,耐皂洗牢度可达到4~5级,干摩擦牢度为4级,湿摩擦牢度为2级;将复合还原剂D与传统硫化碱进行对比,其染色后纱线K/S值优于硫化碱工艺,染液中还原性硫元素降低78.0%,机台废液中化学需氧量降低76.4%。
