摘要:
老年行动模拟服是医护人员和设计师在教学中培养学生对老年人共情能力的常用装置,为定量分析其在步态稳定性研究中对老年人平衡能力的模拟效果,选定14名年轻女性和7名老年女性作为受试者,利用足底压力步态分析系统采集年轻人、穿着模拟服的年轻人和老年受试者的姿势平衡数据和步态数据。分别利用配对样本T检验和独立样本T检验分析年轻受试者穿着模拟服前后以及老年受试者的平衡能力。结果表明:老年行动模拟服可模拟人体运动和感知系统的衰退,降低人体的姿势平衡和步态稳定性;穿着老年模拟服的年轻人可模拟老年人的姿势平衡保持能力,反映步行期间的平衡表现。
