摘要:
为深入研究不同变速引纬规律驱动下剑带纵向振动对工艺的影响,针对变速引纬规律设计,提出基于余弦级数的引纬参数化建模方法;同时对受驱动力作用下变长度、变速运动剑带的非线性动力学研究,基于有限元法建立变长度项的剑带受迫振动模型,可知其系统质量、刚度、阻尼项均与剑带长度有关。分析不同加速度参数下引纬规律对剑带运动特性、纵向振动与工艺影响,结果表明:剑带初始加速度与负向加速度峰值是影响引纬工艺的关键参数。剑带速度与加速度峰值、进梭口时间、内应力峰值随初始加速度增加而减小;剑带握持纬纱与进梭口时振动则随负向加速度峰值增加而增加;合理调控关键参数,能协调打纬、引纬与开口等工艺时序及动态特性。
