摘要: 以电脑刺绣机针杆机构为研究对象 ,推导了针杆机构质心位置矢量方程 ,在针杆机构位移分析的基础上 ,研究了针杆机构质心轨迹线图 ,求出了质心速度、加速度和惯性力大小 ,为改进针杆机构设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract: Based on the study of the needle bar mechani sm in computerized embroidery machine, the mass cen ter position equation of the needle bar mechanism is deduced.The mass center cur ve of the n eedle bar mechanism is studied.The velocity,acceleration and the inertial force are calculated.On the basis of the displacement analysis of the needle bar mech anism, the theoretical basis is given out for the improvement design of the need le bar mechanism.
