Abstract: The theoretical analysis and the preliminarily experimental research of the collecting spinning,which decreases the twist-triangle-area to control the hairiness of the yarn by congregating the yarn through setting a collector in an accessorial collecting zone ahead the quondam main draft zone were dealt with.The analysis of the hairiness,the evenness and the tenacity of collecting-spinning yarns and other contrastive yarns confirmed that the technology of collecting-spinning is excellently beneficial to control the yarn hairiness, though it may influence the evenness of yarn to some extent,and its mechanism was analyzed.
