摘要: 鉴于传统现场总线控制系统的局限,研究工业以太网进入染色设备监控领域的技术背景及可行性。探讨以太监控网络的现场控制层和生产管理层的硬件和软件组成。利用以太网模块ADAM5000实现了该监控网络,并开发了染色过程控制软件以及生产管理软件。研究表明,基于工业以太网的染色设备监控网络具有组网简单、开发维护容易、性能优越等特点,对于实现纺织工业通讯的标准化和印染厂的自动化、信息化具有较强的现实意义。

Abstract: Because of the limits of the traditional fieldbus control system,the technology background and feasibility of applying the industrial Ethernet network to the field of supervision and controlling of dyeing machines were studied.Especially the architecture of this network including its hardware components and software components was researched.The network was realized using the ADAM5000 Ethernet modules and the software including the dyeing control process software and the production management software was developed.The results show that the dyeing machines network based on the industrial Ethernet network has the advantages of building network simply,developing and maintaining easily and performing well and so on,and will provide some better realistic instructions on realizing the communication standardization of textile industry,the automatization and the informatization of the dyeing industry.
