摘要: 针对印染工业后处理工序中热定型机的温度控制,提出了多变量的模糊控制策略。该控制策略对整个温度场实行分段分级控制,保证了温度的控制精度和温度分布的均匀性。每段采用单回路模糊控制,确保单回路内部温度的控制精度。在单回路外部,设置了多变量前馈模糊控制器,较好地解决了回路之间的耦合问题和温度分布不均匀问题。经过现场实际运行,表明该控制策略具有比传统PID控制更好的效果。

Abstract: A multivariable fuzzy control strategy was proposed for the heat setting machine in post-procedure of printing and dyeing industry.In this strategy,the temperature field was controlled by means of three hierarchical subsections; each subsection was regulated with single fuzzy control loop so that the single loop temperature can be kept more precise.Based on this, a forward multivariable fuzzy controller was introduced for resolving the problems of subsections interference and temperature distributing uneven.Finally, the control strategy was completed in a real printing and dyeing process using SIEMENS PLC,the practical results show that the proposed approach is better than conventional PID approach.
