摘要: 以悬锭粗纱机为例,对该机的关键零件锭翼建立了回转力学模型,得出合理设计机械结构尺寸和机电量转换的重要参数K1K2K3K4。双面立式动平衡机由铸铁底座,左、右立板和全封闭薄钢板组成,它具有外形美观,刚性强,吸振性好和传动系统工作环境清洁等优点。系统由机械和电气两部分组成,产品测量精度高,使用方便。

Abstract: Taking the advanced suspending spindle reducer as an example,for its key part-spindle wings,the running mechanics model are established.And the important parameters K1,K2,K3,K4 for designing mechanics construction and converting electricity are given out.The machine mainly consists of housing body,left and right support columns and closed box.It has advantages of good rigidity,good resistant vibration,good looking and clean working environment for driving system.The system is made up of two parts:mechanics and electronic systems.It has advantages of high inspecting precision,easily using.
