摘要: 采用可编程控制技术和现代检测技术,设计了一套基于PLC的剑杆织机控制系统智能化检测平台,能模拟织机工作和故障状态,检测电控箱工作状况,并能对织机进行选纬和综框选位控制,其结构合理、操作灵便、性能可靠,可在实际生产中推广应用。

Abstract: Adopted the programmable control and modern detection technologies,an intelligent detecting system for the rapier loom has been designed based on PLC.It can simulate the normal working state of the loom and breakdown,detect the loom control box,and control the weft selection and the heddle frame motion.It is compact in design,flexible in operation and reliable in performance,worthy of promotion of use.
