Abstract: The demand of the authority problem of the enterprise management information system was analyzed based on heterogeneous,autonomous,distributed environment(HAD),presenting two kinds of authority control strategies:user dynamic chain generation and the visit control strategy based on the fire wall.Combined with the state 863 project,some operational examples of agile supply chain management based on e-business was developed.
