摘要: 经分析认为苎麻纤维原料品质与成纱品质指标所组成的系统为灰色系统,并对这一系统采用灰关联方法进行了分析,给出了分析过程和步骤。分析发现,苎麻纤维强度对成纱品质指标影响最大,纤维线密度的影响次之,纤维长度的影响则较小,这一规律与传统生产实践中人们的认知相同。证明灰关联分析是苎麻纤维原料品质与成纱品质指标因素分析的较佳方法。
Abstract: It is proposed that the relationship between the fiber quality of raw ramie and the quality of its yarn may be expressed by the grey system.And the grey system analysis method was described and used to determine the effect of ramie fiber quality on the quality of its yarn and found that its influence on the yarn quality was in the order: the strength of the fiber > the diameter of the fiber> the length of the fiber.This finding is consistent with practical observations and shows that the grey system analysis provides a better method for parametrical analysis of ramie yarn quality.
