摘要: 静态测试纬编针织物的线圈长度对降低成本、提高生产效率是很有必要的。用数字图像处理技术将摄入的图像进行灰度变换、滤波去噪,再用二维傅里叶变换技术提取线圈长度的特征,推导出线圈长度在二维空间与三维空间内的关系转换式,进而求得纬编针织物的线圈长度。这为非破坏性测试线圈长度提供了一种新的方法。
Abstract: It is essential to measure the stitch length of the weft knitted fabric in a static environment forsaving cost and improving productivity.The image inputted is dealt with the digital image processingtechniques:carrying out the transformation of grey scale;removing impurities with media filtering;abstractingthe character of the stitchlength with Fouriertransformtechnique;inducingtransformformula between2Dand3Dof stitch′s geometric model;and gettingthe value of the stitchlength.This provides a newmethodfor non-destructive measurement of the stitchlength.
