摘要： 开发设计是服装大批量定制的关键环节。将服装大批量定制开发设计过程重组为创造性的开发过程与敏捷性的设计过程。款式库、部件库和样板库是开发过程的结果,也是设计过程的基础。提出了服装大批量定制设计方法,包括模块化开发和建模、款式设计、样板设计和排料设计等方法。给出了其集成平台的总体框架结构。研究中以某企业开发的服装设计资源共享集成平台为案例。

Abstract: Development & design are the key stages of mass customization for apparel.The process of apparel development & design for mass customization can be reengineered into two phases,i.e.,innovative development and agile design.Fashions base,parts base and patterns base are built up after the development process and support the design process.The DFMC methods for apparel are proposed,which consist of the development of modularized product,apparel modeling,fashion customization,pattern variant design and cutting scheme design.The general framework of integrated platform of apparel design for mass customization is given.An integrated platform of DFMC for apparel is quoted in this research as an example.
