Abstract: According to the historical documents,the course of hard times of development of textile industry in the Shannxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region during the anti-Japanese war and the special law of its development were analyzed.Its progress and features was discussed.It is found that as to the system of ownership of the textile industry,the public-owned enterprises are the backbone with production cooperatives,private enterprise and household industry co-existing.In management,the diversified mode includes modern,handicraft and household industries.It is a self-reliance and self-support economy with little commercial nature.
