羊毛粉体改性PU膜的透湿性能

摘要: 为改善聚氨酯膜的透湿性,提高聚氨酯合成革的服用性能,用羊毛粉体改性聚氨酯,在一定条件下采用湿法成膜制成了PU膜。其中的羊毛粉体是通过化学机械方法自制加工而成,显微镜照射发现羊毛粉体的粒径大小是不均匀的,进一步测试平均粒经为5.46μm。羊毛粉体改性PU膜后透湿性明显改善,且透湿量随羊毛粉体量的增加、透湿时间的延长而增大。膜的厚度和羊毛粉体含量对膜的透湿量也产生一定影响,它们之间呈现一定的三维曲面关系。

Abstract: In order to improve the moisture permeability of polyurethane(PU) film and its serviceability,PU film manufactured by wet film forming process was modified by wool powder which was made through chemical and mechanical methods by researchers themselves.It was observed by microscopy that the particle size of the wool powder was not uniform with average size of 5.46 μm.The moisture permeability of the PU film modified by wool powder was improved evidently and enhanced with the increase of wool powder and time.The film thickness and wool powder dosage also affected the moisture permeability rate of the PU film.It exhibited a spatial relation between wool powder quantity,film thickness and moisture permeability.
