摘要: 介绍纤维牵断成条机系统构成,着重介绍牵伸机构、牵切机构、加压机构以及传动系统等关键部件,阐述纤维牵断成条加工的工作原理,介绍牵断机的工艺参数罗拉隔距、胶辊加压量及牵伸倍数,分析这些参数变化对纤维牵断主体长度及其分布的影响规律。应用该设备可以减少2种不同纤维之间的长度离散度,提高混纺纤维的成纱质量。

Abstract: The paper addressed the construction of the fiber stretch-breaking sett frame such as stretching,breaking and press mechanism and driving system,its working principle,parameters as roller gauge,applied pressure of the rubber roller and draw ratio,and factors influencing the stretch-breaking main length.The machine can decrease the degree of separation between two fibers of different length and improve the mixed spun yarn quality.
