摘要: 阐述大批量定制的技术体系与基本思路。通过分析服装大批量定制的市场需求,提出服装大批量定制的主要形式,包括面向高端客户的个人定制、面向集团客户的集团定制、面向零售商订货的商场定制、面向外贸订单的贴牌定制以及标准成衣的合体修改定制。讨论不同形式服装大批量定制的特点与若干实现方法,包括定制服装的快速设计方法、定制服装的生产管理方法、客户关系管理方法、大批量定制与批量生产的资源重用方法。最后对服装大批量定制的几个典型案例进行了分析。

Abstract: The technological system and guideline of mass customization(MC) are elaborated.The market requirements of apparel MC are analyzed.Main types of apparel MC are discussed.These types include customization for high-end customer,institution,retail store,foreign trade and standard apparel.The characteristics of each type of apparel MC and their implementation methods are discussed.These methods include rapid design of customized apparel,production management,customer relationship management,and manufacturing resources sharing between MC and batch production.Finally some typical cases of apparel MC are analyzed.
