Abstract: To better meet the demand of full dull Terylene filament on decorative fabric market,the present work is devoted to an all-round discussion of its production technique with focuses on the process parameters such as selection and preparation of dulling agent titanium dioxide,design of profiled spinneret orifice for FDY,drying of slice,spinning temperature,cooling,etc.and the optimal production technique of full dull Terylene FDY is determined.The physical performances of the newly developed full dull Terylene FDY are test.The results show that all property indexes satisfy the requirements on the market.
