摘要: 为了改善超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的界面性能,对其进行介质阻挡放电氩等离子体处理以进行表面改性。将等离子处理前后的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维分别与低密度聚乙烯基体制成相同体积比的复合材料,对试样进行纵、横向拉伸性能的测试,探讨经等离子体处理前后复合材料的界面性能。测试结果表明:经氩等离子体处理后纤维的黏合性能得到了较为显著的提高。
Abstract: In order to improve ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber′s interfacial properties,surface modification of UHMWPE fibers was done by argon plasma method of dielectric barrier discharge.The warp-wise and filling-wise tensile properties of the treated and untreated UHMWPE/LDPE were compared with those of LDPE composite of same volume fraction respectively.It was found that adhesive property of treated UHMWPE fiber was enhanced significantly,and its interface property was studied.
