Abstract: Along with the suggestion of layered combination design mode for digital jacquard fabric,it is possible to produce jacquard fabric featuring rich mixed color effect via the combination of several single-layer structures.On the basis of design practice,an in-depth analysis of main technical factors of structural design of digital colorful jacquard fabric,i.e.design method of gamut weaves and compound weaves was carried out to explore the corresponding relationship between different structural designs and combination method and final fabric effect.In addition,with designing and realizing smooth color shading of digital jacquard fabric as the goal,reasonable structure designs and combination methods were also proposed.It provides the essential technical reference for innovative design of colorful digital jacquard fabric.
