Abstract: For investigating efficiency of fast bio-degumming of selected hemp strains(No.Dm111),different fermenting conditions including inoculum sizes,proportion of water/hemp,pH value,shaking rate and degumming assistants have been adopted in comparison experiments.The results indicated that the best bio-degumming conditions for hemp: the proportion of water/hemp is about 1∶15,inoculum size is about 20%,pH 6.5-7.5,shaking rate is(150 r/min),the degumming assistant is 0.05% NH_4H_2PO_4.Among of these factors,the proportion of water/hemp and degumming assistant are the key factors.
