碱减量工艺对抗紫外线涤纶长丝织物抗紫外线功能的影响

摘要: 为明确印染前处理工艺对织物抗紫外线功能的影响,以不同抗紫外线功能涤纶长丝织物坯布为原料,经精练-碱减量-定型前处理工艺加工制备成试样。通过实验测试,分析织物减量率和抗紫外线效果随印染前处理工艺条件变化的特点,并对不同减量率下织物的抗紫外线性能、透气性、断裂强力、弯曲刚度、厚度和耐磨性等进行分析。结果表明:随着NaOH质量浓度、处理温度和处理浴比的增加,处理时间的延长,抗紫外线效果变弱,织物经向弯曲刚度和厚度有所减小、透气量增加,织物变的手感柔软、光泽柔和,舒适性改善,但是,经向断裂强力逐渐减小,耐磨性变差;为了获得较佳抗紫外线效果和织物风格,减量率应控制在15%~20%。
