摘要: 在分析烘箱法测试技术与手段存在缺陷的基础上,基于纤维吸湿平衡原理,提出通过测试烘箱内空气的湿度来了解待测纤维材料干燥状态的研究思想。运用这一原理设计了检测系统,并对常用纤维材料的回潮率进行了测试。根据纤维材料回潮率测试的实验数据,运用非线性回归分析方法求出了烘箱内空气的湿度与正在烘燥的纤维的湿度之间的回归方程,为用检测烘箱内空气湿度的方法确定待测纤维材料的烘燥状态提供了依据。
Abstract: Based on analysis of the shortcomings of oven test technology, this paper proposed a way of measuring the air moisture in the oven to understand the dry state of fiber material to be tested according to the fiber moisture absorption equilibrium. A test system was designed, and the moisture regain of fiber materials were tested. The regression equation governing the air moisture in the oven and the moisture of the fiber being dried was worked out from the obtained moisture regain of the 9 fibers. The regression equation provides a basis for determining he dry state of the fiber material to be tested by the air moisture in the oven.
