网格圈负压式集聚纺集聚区须条半自由端加捻机理研究

摘要: 在网格圈负压式集聚纺纱过程中,通过高速摄影技术,表明了直线形集聚斜槽集聚区须条存在卷捻现象;通过纺纱试验,证实了集聚区须条存在着附加捻度,且为真捻;在此基础上,提出了“半自由端加捻”模型,可以较好地解释网格圈负压式集聚纺集聚区须条产生的附加捻度的形成机理,丰富了纺纱加捻的理论。

Abstract: In the spinning process of pneumatic compact spinning with lattice apron, the existence of a wrap twisting phenomenon has been approved via high-speed photography technology. The additional twists in the fiber strand in the condensing zone, which are considered to be real twists, are also approved to exist through yarn spinning experiment. Based on these results, a ‘semi-open-end twist insertion’ model is proposed. The model can well explain the formation mechanism of the additional twists in the fiber strand in the condensing zone of the pneumatic compact spinning and enriches the yarn spinning theory.
