Abstract: With the increasing needs of customization, MTM (made to measure) production model including the techniques and methods in research is becoming a hot spot. In this paper, based on the analysis of existing MTM software technology has a deeper study in the generation for those women who have special body form and proposes solutions. A specific study of the following aspects: 1) Analyze womens different special body forms and produce professional mannequin of special body form. 2) Use of mannequin of special body form to obtain womens basic pattern of special body form. 3) Set up womens basic pattern sheet data base of special body form and amended rule base model with the Gerber MTM system.
