Abstract: To evaluate the acceptance capability of the textile industry shift from the east coastal areas to the six provinces in central China. Based on the five key dimensions and entropy method，the author set up an appraisal model form a three-stratum-indicator system, calculated weight of each index. The acceptance capability of the textile industry shift from the east coastal areas to the six provinces in central China is synthetically evaluated. The top three are Henan Province，Hubei Province and Hunan Province lastly. According to the result of the evaluation，this paper mainly analyzed and investigated the strengths and weaknesses of the six provinces to accept the shift of textile industry.
