用于夜光纤维的发光材料特性

Study on properties of luminescent material for luminous fiber

摘要: 夜光纤维的发光特性主要取决于它所使用的发光材料的发光性能, 因此,要改善夜光纤维的发光效果,就必须对其选用的发光材料的特性进行研究。本文针对夜光纤维对发光材料粒径,光谱和余辉性能等方面的要求,进行了研究与分析。结果表明:粒径为7-8μm的发光材料余辉性能较好,并符合夜光纤维的制备要求,为夜光纤维用发光材料的首选;由Eu2+, Dy3+共激发的SrAl2O4发光材料制备出的夜光纤维,其光色均为黄绿色系,改变Eu2+, Dy3+掺量不会使光谱发生蓝移或红移,若想得到其他光色的夜光纤维,则须改变稀土离子的种类;H3BO3掺量和烧结温度对发光材料余辉性能的影响并非相互独立,而是具有一定的相互作用。

Abstract: Luminescence properties of luminous fiber largely depends on properties of luminescent materials. Therefore, to improve the luminescence performance of luminous fiber, it is necessary to study luminescence properties of luminescent materials. According to the luminous fiber’s requirements for luminescent materials, the particle size, spectral and afterglow properties were studied and analyzed. The results showed that: The phosphor which particle size was 7-8 μm had better afterglow performance, and consistent with the requirements of the luminous fiber. That was the first choice for luminescent materials. The light color of luminous fiber prepared by SrAl2O4:Eu2 +, Dy3 + was yellow-green ,and the change of Eu2 +, Dy3 + content did not lead to blue shift or red shift. To get other light color luminous fiber, types of rare-earth ions must be changed; The H3BO3 content and sintering temperature on the luminescence properties were not independent. They have a certain relevance with each other.
