Abstract: After analyzed with the present situation and various main factors which influenced Standard Time calculation of garment CAPP and the characteristics of the material and equipment. A method of calculating Standard Time based on typical process was presented, and expounded the methods of coding the typical process and the methods of calculating standard time quota of typical process and established a rule of selecting standard time quota of the typical process and the methods of calculating process time.
