Abstract: The microwave dryer is a potential new dryer technology, which has the excellence such as high efficiency, dryness uniformity and so on. In this paper, the researcher made a microwave dryer by themselves and studied the microwave regularities of distribution; The microwave dryer was used to dry different cheese to research the capacity of microwave dryer and the feasibility of the new dry technology, which will provide research foundation for the industrial application of microwave dryer in the textile & dyeing industry.
