新型含氟黄色活性染料的结构与性能关系

The relationship between dye structure and their dyeing properties of reactive yellow dyes containing fluoro-triazine bifunctionyl groups

摘要: 为了满足国内对含氟活性染料的需求,本论文研究了三种以2-萘胺-3,6,8三磺酸为重氮组分,与间脲基苯胺偶合为发色基团的含氟黄色活性染料,测定了各染料的光谱、活性染料染色特性参数及其湿处理牢度,并与相应结构的C.I.活性黄176进行对比。研究了染料的分子结构与其染色性能之间的关系。结果表明:含氟染料因氟原子的强吸电性及易离去的特性,使其与纤维的反应速度远远快于相应的含氯染料;尾基的不同也会影响分子的平面性和线性结构,从而改变染料的各种性能参数;除此之外,染料母体结构中不同取代基对光谱的影响符合现代发色理论中分子轨道微绕理论所提出的规律。

Abstract: Three bi-functional reactive yellow dyes containing fluoro-triazinyl groups, which were based on 2-aminonaphthalene-1, 3, 6-trisulfonic acid as the diazo components and m-urido-aniline as the azo components, have been studied. Their UV-visible absorption spectra, dyeing character parameters and wet fastness have been evaluated comparing with reactive yellow dye C.I.176. The relationship between dye structures and their dyeing properties are investigated. It shows that the reactivity of fluoro-triazinyl reactive dye is much higher than corresponding chloro-triazinyl reactive dye, owing to the strong withdrawing electron effect and easily leaving of fluorine atom. Different substituent groups on triazinyl ring can affect the planar and linear structure of molecules, thus causing change the performance parameters of dyes. In addition, the effect of different substituent on chromophore can be predicted by micro-perturbation MO theory.
