基于注塑用经编汽车内饰面料延伸和热收缩性能

Extension and thermal-shrinkage properties of warp-knitted automobile interior fabric for injection molding

摘要: 设计了2种不同组织结构的经编织物,将其与非织造布复合作为汽车内饰面料。测试并评价经编布延伸性能,结合注塑工艺对复合前后的织物进行120、140、160、180°C热处理,分析单布及复合布的热收缩性能。结果表明:2种经编布经、纬向动、静态延伸率均在22%~60%之间,具有尺寸稳定性及高回弹性,能满足高档汽车内饰设计型面要求;复合前后织物热缩率均随热处理温度升高而增加,同一温度下,经编单布热缩率纬向大于经向,非织造布经向,复合后,织物经、纬向热缩率差距明显缩小,各向异性得到改善。通过提高热定型温度或选择合适的经编组织结构,可以消除高温注塑时出现表面起皱现象。
