Abstract: The loom wallboard was big size, complicated structure. The characteristic with back and forth swing of four-bar linkage beating-up mechanisms made wallboard withstanding big impact load, and it was a major factor in loom vibration. This paper established the kinematics equations and dynamics equations on the support of two fixed holes of the four-bar linkage. The load stress of the two fixed holes was calculated and analyzed, and the results indicate that the load stress had different values and directions under different spindle angles, and the impact load of wallboard was also changed under different installation angle on the two holes. The total support had the minimum and maximum values when weft-turning angle is constant. The hole with the minimum value could be designed to gain lower vibration and longer working life.

Key words: four-bar linkage, loomwallboard, support reaction force, bole installation position
