摘要: 为了解决含毛军服面料在穿着过程中形成的极光现象,提高其使用价值,本文对含毛面料军服的极光现象进行了成因分析和解决办法的探讨。通过对面料极光处和非极光处的纤维分析、织物分析,得出产生面料极光现象的原因之一是由于受到摩擦、拉伸、压缩等外力作用,导致织物变扁,凸起的纱线浮长被压平,同时羊毛的鳞片受损,灰尘渗透到纱线间甚至纱线内,使得织物表面变得平整光滑,反射光加强而造成极光。通过对面料进行洗涤处理得出,柠檬、冰醋酸可以较好消除面料极光。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the formation of the aurora in dressing, then improve the practical value of clothing. The paper analysed the causes and solutions of the wool uniform fabrics’auroral phenomena. Through analyse the fabrics’fiber composition of the aurora and no aurora, and the analysis of thickness ,structure and SEM.We think the main reason of the phenomenon that produced fabric Aurora is friction, tensile, compression and other external force, the fabric structure phase change caused the fabric to become flat, the tribute of the top satin weave substructure is flattened, wool scales injury and dust between yarns and even within the yarn, which induce the fabric surface becomes smooth, the strengthening light reflection caused the aurora; Through the washing, pickling, alkali wash ( dilute ammonia ) of aurora fabric, From these: lemon, acetic acid are good materials used to eliminate the aurora , but acetic acid should be moderate, dilute ammonia although can eliminate the aurora, but alkaline substances will damage the wool fiber, so we should not use dilute ammonia as we can.
