摘要:
为提高棉织物漂白工艺效率,降低能耗,使用阳离子漂白活化剂N-(4-(三乙基铵甲撑)苯酰基)己内酰胺氯化物(TBCC)构建棉机织物的快速轧蒸漂白体系,对精练棉机织物进行轧蒸前处理。通过测试快速轧蒸漂白织物的白度和聚合度分析了碱剂、TBCC的质量浓度、汽蒸时间以及双氧水稳定剂用量对漂白效果的影响。结果表明,使用柠檬酸钠为pH调节剂,并控制TBCC、双氧水、柠檬酸钠的量比为1:1.2:1.4,可使快速轧蒸漂白工艺的漂白性能达到最佳。所构建的快速轧蒸漂白工艺可将汽蒸时间缩短至4 min以内,使棉机织物的CIE白度值由36.30%提高至80.65%,而织物纤维并没有受到显著损伤。
