摘要:
针对色纺织物呈色机制的复杂性与特殊性,建立了基于离散Fréchet距离与皮尔森相关系数的光谱泛相似测度模型;结合特征间的类内距离与类间距离, 构建了光谱反射率曲线特征差异性判别准则,并应用于色纺纱线与其织物间的颜色传递与影响因素分析。结果表明:相较于传统色差分析模型,建立的光谱泛相似测度模型与差异性判别准则具有稳定且有效的颜色表征与判别能力;同时,染色纤维的混配比、性状特性、种类以及捻系数差异均会对其纱线和织物的呈色产生显著影响;当染色纤维混配比差异小于2.0%以及纱线捻系数差异小于10时,纱线与织物间存在颜色变化,但相对于纤维性状与种类差异而言,织造过程引入的影响有限,属于弱干扰因素。
