摘要:
为进一步提高颜料亚微胶囊涂料印花织物的手感、透气性等服用性能,通过原位细乳液共聚合将端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ViPDMS)引入聚丙烯酸酯(PAcr)胶囊壁材中,制得颜料亚微胶囊P(DMS-Acr)/PB;再将其用于织物涂料印花,并对印花织物的透气性、硬挺度、耐干湿摩擦牢度、K/S值等进行测试比较。结果表明:当ViPDMS质量分数为30%时,可制得平均粒径为318 nm、放置均匀稳定的深色胶乳;P(DMS-Acr)/PB印花织物的耐干湿摩擦牢度和K/S值与PAcr/PB印花织物相近,但透气性更好,手感更柔软;在亚微胶囊壁材中引入高柔顺性的有机硅组分,可增强焙烘过程中织物表面涂层的黏流分相能力。
