摘要:
为制备柔性纱线拉伸应变传感器,将蚕丝加捻得到的蚕丝纱编织为闭口编链组织结构;通过多元醇还原硝酸银的方法制备银纳米线,在银纳米线的乙醇分散液中通过浸渍方法对基底纱线进行导电修饰,最终得到银纳米线涂层的编链组织拉伸应变传感器,研究了该组织结构拉伸应变传感器的应变-电阻传感性能。结果表明:编链组织结构的传感器具有显著的拉伸应变传感性能,该纱线传感器的电阻随着应变量的增加而减小;在拉伸应变小于5%的范围内,拉伸应变系数高达20.14;传感器在0.01~1.00 Hz 的拉伸频率范围内有稳定的响应,且传感器具有很好的循环稳定性。
