摘要:
针对传统印染行业污染高、能耗高的问题,综述了一种绿色环保的纺织着色印染方式,即结构生色的织物着色方法;分析了其光子晶体结构的生色原理,并将采用光子晶体结构的色织物制备方法总结为一步法和二步法。一步法为直接在织物表面涂覆结构色材料,其中重力沉降法和垂直沉积法制备方法简单,静电自组装法结构色织物的厚度可控,喷墨打印法可实现织物的局部精准着色,雾化沉积法适用于不规则织物表面的印染,磁控溅射法适用于各种材料织物的染色;二步法为从结构色纤维、纱线到织物的制备方法,制备步骤复杂,但制备织物的力学性能较一步法好,印染织物后其色牢度优。最后总结了结构色织物在发展中存在的问题。
