摘要:
针对色纺加工中机织物组织结构参数变化而导致的色纺纱线选配调整难题,提出了一种结合均匀三元结构描述子的图像混合特征提取算法,对色纺机织物组织结构与呈色一般规律展开研究。以聚类分析理论为基础,构建了基于特征类内距离的呈色特性分析模型,并用于色纺纱线与其机织物呈色特性与颜色传递的表征。结果表明:建立的图像特征提取算法与呈色特性分析模型具有理想的色度学指标表征与判别能力;对于具有不同质量配比与捻系数的色纺纱而言,不同的织造过程均会降低其呈色的差异性与层次感;同时,相较于平纹与缎纹,斜纹对织物呈色差异性弱化的能力最强。
