摘要:
为解决新冠疫情期间不同国家符合不同标准的防护口罩进入我国市场,造成公众对口罩过滤效率相关概念认识不科学、不全面的问题,系统介绍与比较了国内外认可度较高的GB 2626—2019、GB 19083—2010、美国42 CFR 84第K部分、EN 149:2001+A1:2009、EN 13274—7:2019等标准中过滤效率性能要求及测试方法。重点比对了这些标准中关于颗粒物过滤效率的性能要求与标记,以及测试方法中的预处理、测试条件、测试程序的异同点,并采用不同标准方法对部分口罩产品进行了试验验证。通过标准的比对研究与科学分析、实验验证,厘清防颗粒物口罩过滤效率性能要求与测试方法中的基本概念,促进社会各界全面了解国内外主流防颗粒物口罩标准中过滤效率的性能与测试方法要求,助力企业、检测机构以及政府等更好的对产品质量进行控制与监管。
