摘要:
为减轻纺织服装业带来的环境污染问题,促进服装绿色消费,对国家层面发布的绿色消费政策分布领域进行梳理,通过三级编码提炼出绿色产品、绿色技术、绿色价值链、绿色消费教育、绿色消费激励、绿色消费主体、分享、回收和循环9个分析维度,并从绿色产品供给、绿色消费策略、绿色消费模式3个层面对绿色消费政策实施进行阐释。研究发现:绿色消费政策集中于产品生产和回收处理阶段,主要涉及生活用品及服务、交通与通信领域,对服装领域关注不足;国家发展改革委、生态环境部、财政部和商务部发布的绿色消费政策较多;经研究提出,服装生产企业应该通过绿色技术创新促进转型升级,服装零售企业应激励绿色消费意愿向绿色消费行为的转变,社会与行业机构应创新绿色消费合作模式。
