摘要:
针对涤纶染色中为提高色牢度而进行还原清洗所带来的能源消耗和污水处理问题,制备了C.I.分散蓝291分散体,并将其用于涤纶织物的连续式轧染中。研究了该分散体的分散性能及粒径对染色涤纶织物K/S值的影响。分析了防泳移剂、黏合剂和渗透剂的加入对涤纶织物染色效果的影响,探讨了阳离子型固色剂对染色涤纶织物色牢度的影响,分析了染色涤纶织物的热力学性能和强力。实验结果表明,采用该连续式轧染工艺制得的染色涤纶织物匀染性、色牢度及K/S值得到改善,染色涤纶织物具有优异的耐干摩擦色牢度(5级)、耐湿摩擦色牢度(4~5级)和耐皂洗色牢度(5级),皂洗残液化学需氧量(COD值)降低了54.7%,且织物的热力学性能和强力几乎不受影响。
