摘要:
针对壳聚糖-甘油磷酸钠体系黏度低、抑菌效果差等问题,以壳聚糖-甘油磷酸钠体系为基材,加入羧甲基纤维素钠调节黏度后,分别加入丝胶蛋白和丝素蛋白以共混方式确定最优组合制备复合凝胶剂,对其抑菌效果、各组分结合情况、抑菌机制、细胞毒性和皮肤刺激性进行分析。结果表明:在壳聚糖(质量分数为3%)和甘油磷酸钠(质量分数为50%)体积比为9∶20的体系中加入质量分数为1.5%的羧甲基纤维素钠后,其外观良好,均匀无颗粒感,适宜外用;当添加丝胶蛋白质量分数为15%时,复合凝胶剂的抑菌效果最优,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为(96.20±3.40)%和(86.30±2.51)%;复合凝胶剂结构稳定,可使细菌细胞膜通透性改变,导致细菌无法增殖而发挥抑菌作用,且无细胞毒性和皮肤刺激性。
