摘要: 以同向啮合旋转的双螺杆挤出机作为主反应器,采用半连续化直接缩聚法制备了PPTA浆粕。结果发现,由挤出机头狭缝厚度控制PPTA冻胶体厚度。PPTA挤出冻胶体厚度对冻胶体熟化效果、浆粕的相对分子量、长径比及表观形貌均有显著影响。

Abstract: PPTA(polyphenylene terephthalamide) pulp was prepared by semi-continuous direct polycondensation using a co-current rotating and meshing twin screw extruder as main reactor.It has been found that the thickness of PPTA gel depends on the thickness of the slit of extrusion head.The thickness of PPTA gel has significant influence on gel maturing,relative molecular mass,aspect ratio and morphology of the pulp.
