摘要:
针对用传统方式检测纺织品中禁用染料操作难、成本高、耗时长、危害大等弊端,以禁用染料酸性红26为例,采用可见反射光强光谱分析法与化学计量学结合,基于斜投影建立了一种纯羊毛毛线中酸性红26的定量分析方法。结果表明:纯羊毛毛线中酸性红26的含量在0.17~5.11 mg/g范围内时,与利用斜投影算法从混合组分信号中切割出的酸性红26的信号线性关系良好,所建立标准曲线方程的决定系数为0.995 8,相对标准偏差为1.79%;利用该方法预测未知样本中酸性红26的含量,预测值与真实值的相对误差均小于10%,该方法分析速度快,且分析过程操作简单,可实现对酸性红26的无损检测。
