摘要:
为加快贯穿正交机织物结构的三维建模过程,在交织规律的基础上以纬纱层数、纬纱直径、地经直径、接结经直径4个独立参数,建立了贯穿正交机织物结构单元的几何关系及其三维模型。根据独立参数给出了理想状态下层间纬纱、地经纱线轴线间距,同层内相邻纬纱、地经纱轴线间距,相邻接结经纬向间距,以及结构单元纬向宽度、经向长度和厚度的计算方法。运用3ds Max软件的Maxscript脚本语言编程方法,通过输入纱线直径、纬纱层数等参数,由纱线型值点坐标构建SplineShape类对象,分别构建出纬纱层、地经层及接结经,从而实现了该类织物结构的参数化三维建模。
