摘要:
针对外科手术中,吻合器吻合常会出现脆弱组织被吻合钉撕裂,产生吻合口瘘、吻合口出血、漏气以及渗液等问题,设计了一种吻合口加固修补组件使加固片平整地覆盖在吻合口上,为待修补组织提供足够的强度。首先对加固修补组件进行复合设计,并对背衬面料和修补组件的性能进行评价,最后通过体外肺部漏气实验对吻合口加固修补组件的防漏性能进行模拟测试。结果表明:当锦纶/氨纶(80/20)为纬平针结构时,其具有适宜吻合口加固修补组件背衬面料的性能;加固修补组件体外肺部实验表明,其可有效预防肺部吻合口渗漏,对于预防术后吻合口并发症提供了安全有效的措施。
