控制煮茧用水硬碱度的研究

摘要: 茧层上存在着无机物质,随着在水中浸渍时间延长,水的电导率和总硬度逐渐增加。茧层丝胶溶失率因水的总碱度和总硬度的差值增大而增加,主要影响物是NaHCO_3,其含量和茧层丝胶溶失率成直线关系。保持煮茧用水适当的碱度和硬度,使茧层丝胶的溶解和凝聚得到合适的平衡,是控制制丝用水的要点。通过Na型、H型软水、原水按比例混合的配水,合理控制煮茧用水的硬、碱度,能在不影响解舒率的情况下,较大幅度地提高出丝率。
